They actually care.
Not only did central sound get me my beats headphones parts very fast—they actually caught me ordering the wrong part and emailed me to make sure I hadn’t ordered wrong by mistake. They made the correction to the order and got it mailed the same day. A lesser parts store would have just sent the mismatched parts and let me figure it out. Good people. Five stars!
