Easy to install with a little attention to detail, nicer smooth surface than the original pads, even includes new internal coverings for under the pads!

In the month I've had them they work and feel just like original parts from Bose, which had stopped selling them. I'm grateful to be able to extend the life of my headphones. (Bose AE2 SoundLink)

I could not be happier with my service! I needed new pads for my Bose headphones and they came quickly and they fit perfect. I watched a YouTube that showed me how to attach them. Central Sound was stellar and they even included a handwritten note on my invoice and I loved that pleasant little surprise!

My last set of OEM ear cushions lasted from 2022 to now, with 5-6 hours use daily. It was obvious to me taking these replacements out of the bag that the materials aren’t as good, the cushioning isn’t as dense and it doesn’t spring back to shape the same as my old ones. I guess we’ll see over the next few months whether the overall quality has an impact when using the headphones.

Earpads arrived on schedule, fit my Bose QC2 perfectly.

The ear pads feel fine, but I’ve tried to get them to click into place but they keep coming loose. Maybe I’m not doing it right but I’ve tried over and over. Once I hold them in place they fit fine and sound is good.

I ordered the ear pads for my trip to Japan - but they arrived two days late / too late for my trip. Which was very annoying. Now back I appreciate the replacement ear pads even more.

Haven’t used the headphones yet but the replacement pads were easy to put on and are exactly the same as the old ones. Don’t anticipate any issues.

These earpadads seem to be better than oem as far as material quality and fit like oem parts

I downloaded the video for the headset recovering and it looks as if I can master that. The ear pads seem as if they would be easier, but it’s not clear how the old ones should be removed and the new ones installed. I suspect I might have it figured out, but I don’t want to damage anything by ripping a liner, for example.

I purchased the Bose QC 2 headband pad replacement kit. Very happy with product. I stripped one of the threaded inserts on the plastic retainer while assembling the pad. Contacted CentralSound via email and in less than I week I had a replacement part at no charge. One piece of advice to CS...always acknowledge emails. My original email was not acknowledged as received or answered. I had no idea that CS had received and decided to send me a replacement part until I received an email saying my order was on the way...what was more confusing is that there was no description of the part that was on the way. The covers were a little difficult to seat, but that's the way the design just is. Once, I got the hang of it, they attach fine and stay attached. Nice packaging all the way around! Thanks.

The replacement pads were easy to install and fit perfectly.

The head band was easy to install. The ear pieces were a bit of a challenge but I finally got them to click in. Outside of the installation, I really like them.

Great all around. Bose said this headphone was discontinued and no longer available and after researching found Central Sound carried them. Received great and fast service A+++++

I tried a couple other sources to find the proper pads for my older Bose headphones with no joy. Easily found the pads on Central Sound, they came quickly, they fit, they look and feel good. Can't ask for much more.

Watched the video and followed the instructions closely. Only problem was stuffing everything into the plastic clips. You need three hands. Otherwise everything worked well.
