Both of the parts I ordered were good quality. Delivery was surprisingly fast from US over to Scotland, Europe. The video instructions on how to fit the parts were well done and really helpful.

The XL Oval Replacements worked great for my Razer Kraken Ultimate headset. They were the Hybird (Velour + Protein Leather) comfy and a good fit.
