- 1 pair of Premium XL ear pads (left and right)
You will also need:
- The plastic mounting rings from your original ear pads
- Scissors
Step-by-Step: How to Install XL Ear Pads on the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless
Step 1: Remove the original ear pad
Pinch the pad and pull it away from the ear cup. It unclips the plastic ring that holds it on.
Step 2: Cut the pad off the ring
With scissors, cut just above the plastic ring all the way around. Remove the foam, cut away the extra material, then pull off the leather glued to the ring.
Step 3: Clip the bare ring back on
Attach the bare plastic ring to the ear cup the same way it was originally, pressing all the way around so every clip is secure.
Step 4: Work the pad onto the ring
Work the rim of the XL pad into the slot around the ring. Hold one section with one hand while you work the next section with the other, all the way around.
Tip: It may take a little time. You can twist the pad afterward to adjust its position.
Step 5: Repeat on the other side
Do the same on the other ear cup.
