Appreciate the piece for my headset, thought I was screwed and would have to pay 200 for a new one. When I first saw the repair guide thats what I first thought since I felt I would fuck up with unplugging the wires and disassembly but I saw the price difference for a new headset or the plastic piece needed for the repair I said fukkit and tried at it and everything ended up going smoothly🤣. Appreciate you guys savin me a huge debt and if this headset ever needs another organ transplant I know who ill be coming back to!🔥🔥

Thank you for your parts and videos, I have ordered multiple times due to repeated hinge breaks on my xm4's. Maybe we should make these hinges out of something metal or anything other than plastic. Not trying to slow your business but Sony obviously exploited a design flaw and doesn't honor these breaks under warranty. It would be nice to enjoy the product instead of having to repair them continuously. Thanks!

The pieces for perfectly and restored my headphones
These guys are awesome, the repair part fit perfectly and they made a super in depth video on the repair. Without that video there was no chance I’d get it done. Quite literally no better option if you have a broken hinge swivel.
A little more expensive than a no name replacement but worthwhile for the free publicly avaliable guide. Very helpfull only too 1.5x the time of the guide to do the replacement.
