I can’t get the left one to stay on the earphones. Any tips? I don’t believe your instructions for reinstalling them gave me any tricks that will help me get them on and make them stay on
Hi Kevan, sorry to hear you're having trouble. Make sure the cushions are aligned properly and press firmly. The rims must be tucked under the plastic clips on the inner edges of the ear cups. try to get hold of somebody at the Company a couple times left messages nobody returns my calls. Not sure what's going on there. I seem to get an order pretty quickly and that went pretty smooth but they're the wrong units for my headphones. Just trying to swap them out. I'll try again calling tomorrow
