These ear pads aren’t a direct replacement for the original pads, in that they don’t snap onto the headphones like the stock pads do, you have to stretch the material over the ear cups and cut a hole for the cable jack. But I do find that they fit tight and stay centered, they’re nicely constructed, and do look or feel cheap.

They are also very comfortable. I was worried about them getting hot, no, these stay cooler than the stock pads, and are much softer, I can wear them for hours without my ears feeling hot or fatigued.

As far as their affect on the sound, I noticed a more focused sound, instruments are more separated. The soundstage is a smidge narrower, but every instrument sounds cleaner, more natural.

Overall, I’m pretty happy with these pads, for the price, you can’t go wrong giving them a try, you won’t be out much if they don’t work for you!
