These ear cushions were easy to swap out with the tool provided. They are a little less thick (or maybe more dense) from the originals, but they do feel good over the ear. I would buy these again!
These replacement pads are indistinguishable from the OEM pads. Very impressed.
Ordering was easy. The Tool sent with the replacement pads worked great for popping off the old ones. The new ones popped on with their trouble. They look and work great. No more looking like somebody shook the pepper shaker over my ears from the old ones falling apart.

First set did not fit but Jonathan tried a pair that fit and sent them out to me and they fit perfect !! So far so good and the closest I have found to the originals.

Fells like brand new headphones
So far 2 weeks = seems like an identical replacement. It is initially not as thick as the original is after 3 yrs, but that works for me because it's less tight on my ears.
Shipping was quick. How to Video and tool are excellent.
Only frustration was initially ordering (webpage issue) and eventually it worked.
It was super simple to replace my old worn out pads with these, and now my headphones look like new. Fast shipping, good customer service! I highly recommend

Fits and looks just like the original set
Looks, fits, and feels great. I was impressed with them enough after install that I immediately ordered parts for another headset.
I was on the verge of heading out to buy a new pair of NC headphones since my earpads on by BB Pro 2s were falling apart when I did a spur of the moment internet search and found Central Sound's page. I had no idea that people made and sold these replacement parts! After some comparison shopping at other sites, I came back here because the prices were awesome and the reviewers were consistently addressing the concerns I saw popping up on other product pages. Overall, I'm super happy with these. They do feel different than my old ones, but odds are that the old ones were just worn in and once these get nice an broken in they'll be just as cozy. It's awesome to save these from the e-waste pile. Here's to a few more years of use!
...and if you're ever considering offering a premium/upgrade replacement set of cushions for these headphones, I'll be one of the first in line to order them.
