Pretty simple to install, I've replaced the earpads a few times and this was no more difficult than that - the "gray" color was the right match for my "silver" colored headset. There is a tiny bit of the internal structure visible at the ends, but overall a big improvement over the worn out part it was replacing - happy to have the option to extend the life of my headset!
