Overall, it's an excellent replacement for my old worn headband. However, the brackets on the sides are a bit thicker than the ones shown in the YouTube tutorial. I understand that the brackets were probably changed to cover the excess material from the headband parts.

Great product, but many Sony headphone replacement parts are compatible, eg ear pads. This is not one of them. The product is high quality, but didn’t really work on my headphones, even after careful modification. Frustrating, but not the fault of the product.
