How to Install this replacement battery on BeatsX (IMPORTANT).White wire solders to area where the gray wire on original battery was soldered.  Red wire solders to where white wire was soldered to on original battery. Black solders to the same place as original.  We recommend to take a pic before unsoldering original battery.

Easy to follow guide

Really greatful for this battery swap to exist. I’d hate having to throw this away for another set of headphones when these worked just fine albeit with low battery life. But now works like new! Thanks

I honestly messed up on trying to fix it myself and the battery was burning up so bad and I messed up the headphones too. I’m very sure that if someone did it better it would’ve worked out fine. Thank you very much though for delivering so fast and being responsive!

I was not — botched the soldering job. But Central Sound was great to work with. I hope they will consider selling batteries for the Beats X. Mine are fine now but that will eventually change :)

Worker Great

Video helped, but it was super easy anyway. If you are not scared to solder a few wires then this is great. My beats had gotten to where they only lasted about 20 minutes on a charge. I’ve used for over an hour a couple of times now and they were still playing when I turned them off.
