IMPORTANT - Please Read
Before replacing the battery, look at the original battery connector/plug and check the polarity. The red wire is positive (+) and the black wire is negative (-). If the new battery's plug is reversed compared to the original, you will need to change the position of the wires in the plug.
NO SOLDERING IS REQUIRED. Take the smallest screwdriver or small blade you own, very gently pry up the two plastic tabs on the top of the plug one at a time, and gently pull each wire out of the plug (don't yank!). Then reverse them.

Installing the battery would have been a lot more stressful without the video. Luckily every step was well explained it went quite smoothly. I can highly recommend ordering the replacement earpieces as well, since trying to lever the old ones off did a number on the cushions' cover.

Seems like a pretty straightforward plug and play. Mine came with a charge so I topped it off, drained it fully and I was offered to the races. The rated capacity is bigger than oem but it seems to last only a little bit longer. Thanks for the new battery!

Your website and YouTube had great instructions how to install new battery for Corsair HS70 Pro. Installation was quite easy and new battery performance is great compared to the original battery which had maybe an hour of use time after charging it full.
Easy install and works just as good as the old one. Capacity is higher too, but haven't really noticed a longer run time.

The battery i bought for my Corsair Virtuoso was a perfect fit. The video tutorial was pretty helpful, made it a snap. The internals of my headset were slightly different than shown the in the vid, but not so much that I couldn't figure it out quickly. Now I can use my cans for another few years, many thanks!

I've been using the Corsair Elite Pro Void Wireless Headset for a number of years actually. The last time my headset stopped working and charging, I replaced it with a new headset purchase. This time, after a couple of years of use, I decided to look into DiY fixes. This replacement battery wasn't out of my budget and was a bit cheaper and more affordable than replacing the entire headset. Aside from my headset screws being a little seized the replacement process was very straightforward and easy. Just make sure you have a decent set of precision screwdrivers to do the project.
I followed the directions on YouTube and it was a simple install.
Super easy install; only used a screwdriver for the headphones. Replaced the old battery after more than 4 years, hoping this battery lasts that long or more.

The new ear caps are very comfy but I actually had to trim some excess with scissors to get the headphones to close.
My battery had also died so I tried the replacement and it kind of works? I’ve had it charge for days and sometimes the light will show green for a full charge, but then I try it and it shuts off in just a few seconds. I’ve had just a few random times where it did actually hold the charge and last for a couple hours. Since it is partially working I don’t think I installed it incorrectly. But this was a quick delivery and done with care so I credit them with that as well.

It does increase the time I can use my headset wirelessly, but not by much. Better than the original battery though. Charge was so small on it, I thought it was dying.
