I love getting to repair my Bose headphones! The videos were super straightforward and my headphones look brand new.

I was buying these parts as spares having used the spare I currently had on hand. I really enjoy the products quality annd pricing and certainly will buy again when the need again arises!

This headband was fairly easy to install. I'm pretty good with this sort of thing. I would imagine that it would be quite a bit more difficult for some people. The screws are super tiny and the clamps at the end are fiddly to get in there just right. Patience and good reading glasses are key here :)

The headband went on super easy. They even had a qr code link to the video. This really was idiot proof and I’m the proof!

Two things surprised me. One was the quality of the material. It was at least as good as the original material on the headset. And second, how easy it was to replace the pad. I watched the excellent video provided online one time and completed the task in about 10 or 15 minutes. They look like new. Thank you CentralSound.

You get everything you need the headband and a screwdriver. taking it all apart was straightforward ans easy, a bit more difficult putting everything back. but all in all i'm very happy with the purchase

Very good quality stuff. I'm very satisfied with it.
The only thing is that the little screwdriver you provided broke during the shipment. Maybe it would be wise to wrap it with some protection. But not a big in any case.

I was charging my headphones and I felt so satisfied just looking at them, still after a month or so of having the replacement band and ear cushions, and I decided to write a review which I never do. My previous replacement band had a zipper and I think the merchant was on Amazon. It was thin and really dug into my head. After a year black bits were flaking off. It took me a sec when attaching this one to realize the Velcro part goes on top, which I probably would have known if I looked at directions. It was very easy and it fits the entire band length. My old one had an extra inch or so on each side it didn't cover. These pads are so plush and comfortable and the colors all match my white headphones well (I bought the grey headband and white ear cushions). So glad I purchased them. Grateful to Central Sound for keeping these expensive headphones from being unusable.

So far very good experience with the new headband. Easy to use and looks like oem.

The headband cushion arrived quickly. It was an easy replacement, I didn't even have to watch the video. Feels great. I'll miss the look of the suede-like material on the original, but I am almost 100% certain this replacement will be easier to clean and will last longer. Bose ships their products with fabrics that will deteriorate within a year or two, so if you haven't replaced any parts yet, I'd say get them from here.

I found the installation a bit daunting, primarily due to the size differences of my hands to the work, but was able to complete the replacement install and am happy with the product!

My old QC25 headband was in bad shape after 7 years of near-continuous use and no maintenance. Bose care tips weren't working. I found a YouTube video of CentralSound.co and I ordered the kit with them. It's a good product. A few weeks into using it now, and I am hoping it proves more durable than the OEM headband. Good headphones, lot of life left in them, and I'm hoping this extends it. Repair your stuff, don't throw it away! Use it for as long as you can, it's a great way to save the planet!

This is a great replacement for the stock Bose and fits my QC35II headphones. I absolutely LOVE the packaging and the inclusion of the screwdriver!
I thought I would have to go out and buy one because I don't have that small of a screwdriver, so the inclusion is very much appreciated!

The handwritten "Thank you" was also a nice personal touch which consumers often don't receive nowadays - thanks for that as well!

Lots of other replacement headbands have zippers and look clunky. This option smartly uses velcro, which is virtually invisible once installed. Pretty easy to install too. Looks great. Highly recommended!
