this is almost identical to the oem headband given with the airpods max. my only discrepancy is that the hydraulic adjustment sounds like it has a grain of sand or two inside of it. i have not taken them outside since replacing, so i am thinking it is more of a material used issue. not sure!

Great price for a replacement - not sure if OEM

Honestly, these are the best price online for an AirPods Max headband replacement. They work perfectly, and sound exactly like the original. The stitching on the headband is identical to the original.

The only thing that is different compared to the original is the metal headphone extenders. They have a lot less resistance than the original from Apple, you can tell that the tolerance is not as tight. Besides that, they are identical.

For $145, it’s the most cost effective way to replace your APM headband. Worth the money but not sure if they are OEM.
