Like another reviewer said, my dog had also unfortunately gotten to my headphones TWO days after i purchased them and he completely chewed off a piece of the side protectors. I looked all over for replacement pieces but couldn’t find any until Central Sound!! The pieces came together perfectly and feel even more sturdy than the original side covers!

Installing the pieces was super easy by following the manual. Feels like I have brand new headphones! I definitely recommend buying from Central Sound!!

Would have given 5 stars, however, first "tracked" package never arrived. In reaching out to the vendor, several suggestions were made to find the package. I did them to no avail. The vendor was sorry and I was expected to re-purchase the product. I negotiated the price of re-purchase. Everything was fine on re-order.

Everything was fine until after sliding the outer cover on the headband rail, the girth was not wide enough to clip into place with the inner cover.

Our new Sony headphone sliding cover pieces were chewed by my dog a week after purchasing them. I found Central Sound replacements on the internet as they were highly rated. I order arrived as promised and I was able to replace the cover pieces using their instructional video with no issue. Unfortunately, some original headphone screws were lost when the parts were chewed. I thought I would try to see if CS has some screws they could sell me. Jonathan from CS not only had them, but sent them out free of charge. My Sony headphones are better than ever now. Thank you Central Sound for making this experience so pleasant. Go small businesses!!
