Easy Replacement

I love that everything you need comes with the kit. The screwdriver was a little hard to use for the first two screws, but with some effort it worked. I followed along the YouTube video which made it even better since he addressed the steps that may be difficult and put my mind at ease that I won't break anything more trying to fix my headphones. The kit arrived quickly as well. Well worth the price as it was much more expensive to get it fixed elsewhere or replace it. I have been using the headphones for a few weeks now and it feels more sturdy than the original. 10/10 would recommend.

Hello from Cameroon in Africa! I ordered your part and once received in the US, had them shipped to Douala here!

Really satisfied by the parts and the very useful video tutorial that enabled me to very easily install them.

The only area of improvement I would suggest would be the material's quality of your replacement parts which are really different to the one of the headset and quickly show they are aftermarket ones (also there's no SONY written on it - maybe for copyrights reasons).

I could restart using my headset and am very happy in General. Thank you!
