Super easy installation and straightforward. CentralSound gives the user an option to not just chuck away your old headphones but instead makes you want to keep using your old stuff and replace only what needs to be replaced! Super happy customer. At the checkout I was like, what the hell let me try these guys out, and they did not disappoint. I've been walking around with tattered looking headphones taped together with electrical tape for a few years before I realised I these kits were available. My headphones look good as new and have saved my hundreds on buying a new set!

The earpads is exactly as the oldtimer ons. The provider stick to remove the old ones was 9f Great help.
The texture and color of the slide covers is a bit different from the originals, but the difference is so subtle that you'd be hard pressed to notice in day to day usage.
Feels robust, and so far I have not noticed any issue whatsoever with them.
Would definitely recommend.

Great product for everyone: great quality of the product, a tool to replace cushions, plus video instruction on YouTube using a link provided with the product.
The Sony XM3s are great sounding headphones so I was pretty upset when the sides broke making them practically unusable. Luckily, the central sound replacement pieces were easy to install and you can tell the quality is much stronger. Highly recommended over buying new headphones!
Great quality replacement parts. There is a distinct difference in texture between the OEM parts and this one, but that is rather minor as they functionally work the same and are more sturdy than the OEM ones. The process of replacing the parts was also simplified through their YouTube video and provided tools (screwdriver and wedge tool). Would definitely use Central Sound again!
These parts fixed my beloved and well used Sony headphones. Brilliant solution, original parts would have needed me to do some soldering.
