Regarding the Beats branding, we want to be transparent: our replacement headbands are custom aftermarket parts designed to fit Beats headphones perfectly, but they are not manufactured by Beats and won't carry the Beats logo. The screws on these are very small, and the most common issue is the bit camming out of the head. The trick is firm, steady downward pressure while you turn slowly — most of your effort should be pushing into the screw, not twisting. Without that pressure the head strips very easily.
One other thing worth checking: if the headphones were repaired previously or aren't an authentic pair, the screws are sometimes a different type than the driver in the kit is made for.

Great replacement. Instructions were easy to follow
I wear my headphones for many hours a week. They need to stay snug on my head. The replacement parts worked great. My headphones snapped where the ear part folds into the top. I am back to riding my bike and the gym with the new parts.
